HINTS FOR FASTER APPROVAL

We at TCS are committed to giving you the best service, plus the fastest turn-around time in the industry for your application.

Nothing can inconvenience you more than constant calls wanting more of this and more of that. To eliminate those calls, and to insure the best service possible, we have put together a list of items that can slow down a deal, plus instructions on how to address each one.

• Legal Name: (Company Name) – Please place the name of your business as it appears on your corporate charter, Secretary of State, or your Business License. Out underwriters look first on the Secretary of State to identify your business, and any confusion here only delays your deal.

• Trade Reference: EXTREMELY IMPORTANT – Please fill this one out with the highest dollar amount trade reference that you have. This and bank reference is the single most important items that insures you the best rate and terms.

• Bank Reference: IMPORTANT ALSO – Fill this area out! Completely! If you have any credit issues at all, a good bank reference with a good average daily balance is the difference between an approval and decline.

• Address: This should be the main address of your business. If the equipment is going to installed elsewhere, please note that separately.

• Phone #: Input the main office number, not your direct line. This underwriters use the phone number to cross reference and to pull the Dun & Bradstreet rating.

• Federal Tax ID: Important that you fill this in.

• No. of Employees: This includes everyone that you employ, including contract labor.

• Time in Business: This is the total number of years you have been operating under the legal name of your business. Round up to the next year.

• Dunn & Bradstreet #: If you have this number, fine, if not, don’t spend time looking for it. If we cannot find you in our search, we will call you.

• State of Incorporation: If you are incorporated in a state other than the company address, please fill this in.
